Coulee Flats Dairy farmer Case VanderMeulen grew up on a family dairy in Holland, which his brother still runs. Case came to the United States in 1989, first finding dairy work in California.

 

He made his way north to Grandview where he leased a dairy in 1991, starting out with 150 cows. He leased and then eventually bought a Sunnyside dairy and then another in 2001, growing his dairy herd to 400, then 800, to 2,300 head...
